Bringing farmers together at The Pink Pig Farm

Farmer Anna at the Pink Pig Farm grows oats for regenerative farming organisation Wildfarmed. So we were delighted when they chose our event space as the setting for their North Regional Agronomy Event in February 2026.

They’re a great company supporting regenerative farming, which is a subject very close to our hearts at the Pink Pig. We welcomed members of their grower community to our smaller event space, The Wildflower Room, for a day of discussion, learning and connection, and a guided walk around our farm.

With around 24 attendees, the event brought together farmers and industry professionals from across the region to share ideas, discuss agronomy practices, and strengthen their community.

The Pink Pig Farm proved to be an ideal setting, combining a relaxed rural atmosphere with practical event facilities and welcoming hospitality.

The Challenge

Wildfarmed needed a venue that could comfortably host a regional meeting for farmers while providing:

  • Easy access and clear directions for attendees travelling from across the North

  • Ample parking for visitors

  • A flexible indoor space suitable for presentations and group discussions

  • Catering for refreshments and lunch

  • A welcoming, informal environment that reflected their farming values

The countryside setting created a welcoming atmosphere for farmers to reconnect and exchange ideas, while the Pink Pig team ensured everything ran smoothly behind the scenes.

    The bacon buns deserve a special mention as they were incredible and went down very well with our guests. The catering overall was excellent.

    The staff were amazing throughout. They were attentive, friendly and always one step ahead, making sure everything ran smoothly.
