Looking for a lovely afternoon tea near Scunthorpe? Welcome to your next teatime treat at the Pink Pig Farm!

Farm baked scones and cakes are paired with delightfully dainty and delicious sandwiches and sausage rolls, all made right here for you in our kitchens.

Afternoon teas are available throughout the year, whenever our café is open (during termtime, we’re closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays). Please just book online at least 24 hours ahead to give us enough time to bake your fabulous food.

From time to time, you can enjoy a special themed afternoon tea (more info on Valentine’s Day, Mothers Day and Christmas below). Prosecco upgrades are available with every tea too – simply add your £5 glass of fizz at the checkout or upgrade on the day.

Mothers Day at The Pink Pig Farm: express your love and gratitude… through cake!

Celebrate mum or Granny just the way she likes – with a very special afternoon tea and all her favourite people. Enjoy a café filled with flowers, eat fancy treats (and spend a few minutes discussing the great scone vs scone pronunciation debate).

Choose Saturday 15th or Sunday 16th March on the booking calendar. And why not make it a wholesome day for all the family, with a free farm park ticket for mum too? Simply select her free ticket option when you book farm park entry for 15th / 16th March online.

Christmas Afternoon Teas at The Pink Pig Farm near Scunthorpe

All through December, expect Christmas themed delights, festive atmosphere and, of course, a playlist packed with everyone from Noddy Holder to Mariah Carey.

Your tasty treats will be more Christmassy in flavour and it’s the perfect way to celebrate the season with Gran, Gramps, family or friends. And if you’re bringing the kids, why not make a day of it and meet Santa at The Pink Pig Farm too?

You’ll find our cosy café at The Pink Pig Farm, Holme Lane, Scunthorpe, DN16 3RE

What’s included in my afternoon tea?
Our afternoon tea is £19.99 per person and includes a selection of homemade sandwiches and a homemade sausage roll. You’ll enjoy a slice of cake, a cupcake with salted caramel topping, and a brownie. A freshly baked scone is served with clotted cream and strawberry jam. Bottomless tea and filter coffee are included. You can add a cappuccino, latte, or hot chocolate for just £1 extra, and prosecco is available for £5 per glass. For children, afternoon tea is £12.49 per person. It includes homemade mini sandwiches and a mini sausage roll. There are crisps to nibble on, along with a brownie and an iced biscuit. To finish, children can enjoy mini doughnuts served with a chocolate dip. 

Do I have to have filter coffee or can I upgrade?
For an extra £1, you can upgrade to enjoy one latté, flat white or cappuccino (and you can still have as many filter coffees or teas as you like too!)

Can we visit the farm park?
Of course! Please just note that farm park entry isn’t included in your afternoon tea, so do book tickets – always cheapest when done online!
