With a strong reputation across Lincolnshire for supporting businesses with expert financial advice, their team needed a space for a large internal event. Somewhere that would allow for focused discussions, while still feeling welcoming and a little bit different from the usual boardroom setting.
The setting: space to think, room to connect
We hosted the event in our Garden Room, which comfortably accommodated 85 delegates.
Tables were arranged to support both presentations and group discussions, giving the day a natural rhythm between listening, sharing ideas, and collaborating.
With plenty of light, fresh air, and a calm countryside backdrop just outside the doors, the space helped create a focused yet easy-going atmosphere, something that can be hard to find in more traditional venues.

The day included:
A much-loved free-range bacon butty breakfast served in locally sourced buns
Homemade cookies for a mid-morning pick-me-up
Catering that comfortably supported a range of dietary requirements, including vegetarian and gluten-free options
And our team were on hand throughout to keep everything running smoothly, allowing the Forrester Boyd team to focus fully on their discussions and time together.
